1. Welcome and Kick-Off
Making the First Steps Count
Our journey together begins with an in-depth welcome call to align visions and set the stage for success. This is where we lay the foundation for a seamless SNAP implementation.
- Welcome and Implementation Overview: A warm introduction and comprehensive overview of what lies ahead.
- Project Team Identification: Establishing the core team that will steer the implementation.
- Technical Requirements Review: Discussing the technical landscape to ensure a smooth integration.
- Process Review: Understanding your current processes to better tailor SNAP.
- Onsite Kick-Off: Bringing everyone together for a deep dive into the SNAP project scope, implementation process, and defining next steps.
2. Discovery & Prototyping
Uncovering Your Unique Needs
This pivotal stage is where we gather essential information to configure SNAP to your institution’s operations.
- Request for Information: Collecting key documents to understand your policies, procedures, disclosures, and other new account documents.
- Prototype Development: Creating a prototype based on common client attributes for a hands-on experience.
3. Client-Specific Configuration
Configured for Precision
SNAP is designed to address and automate your specific workflows and banking operations.
4. Client Testing and Training
Preparing Your Team for Success
This crucial phase is where your team gets better acquainted with their new in-branch account opening platform — ensuring everyone is confident and ready.
- Testing in the SNAP Test App: Reviewing and iterating new workflows and approving changes.
- Training with the SNAP Training App: Introducing staff to SNAP through the approved workflows.
5. Go Live
Launching Your Optimized Operations
This is the moment your individual SNAP solution goes live, marking a new era of efficiency for your institution. Congratulations!

6. Ongoing Support
Our Commitment to Continuous Improvement
Our feature roadmap and enhancements always look to the future to support continuous improvement.
- Adaptation to Requirements: We continuously enhance and adapt SNAP to align with your evolving needs and our latest improvements. Modifications happen in the Test environment following the same process as above, until ready for live use.
